Our dreams may offer valuable information at the deepest levels of our personalities and the way we live our lives. Understanding the images of our dreams could increase our self-awareness and awareness of the world around us. Dreams can be seen as a pathway to heightened consciousness, wisdom, and an expanded sense of self.

Dreams are the gateway to the unconscious and can assist to uncover underlying issues through a tracking of themes and patterns presented in the images. Dream work offers a deep insight into internal conflicts, identify barriers to healing and growth, as well as possible solutions. Dreams can help us identify unconscious patterns and deeply held self-limiting beliefs.

This course is aimed at anyone interested 
in understanding themselves and their dreams better.

In this introductory module, we will delve into the profound significance of dreams in past civilizations, the value and function of dreams today, and dreams as an expression of Nature. We will explore the traditional viewpoint that regards dreams as symbolic, and equip ourselves with tools to decipher the language of our dreams.

In this module, we embark on a comprehensive exploration of the different approaches to dream work, aimed at deepening our understanding of dreams as embodied living stories within the psyche of the dreamer. The cornerstone of this module lies in recognizing the profound significance of dreams as dynamic expressions of the unconscious mind.

Dreams Module 3: Decoding dream work: Types of dreams

In this module, you will learn to recognize the different types of dreams and explore their underlying meanings and significance. This includes everything from the linear narratives of ‘mundane’ dreams (dreams about your personality) to the symbolic depth of archetypal (big) dreams. The section also covers anxiety dreams, nightmares, and various other types of dreams.

Dreams Module 4: Deepening dream work: Tracking aspects of Self (Dream figures)

In this module, you will learn to recognize dream figures, including animals, as different aspects of the dreamer's psyche. You will track and identify various representations of the Self through these figures, understanding them as projections of the inner world that can facilitate integration and wholeness within the dreamer's psyche. This module delves deeper into the Dramatis Personae (people) of Dreams introduced in the first module.

In this module, you will learn to recognize universal themes and patterns that can lead to deeper insights. Dream metaphors and symbols act as powerful signals, illuminating issues and themes that reflect underlying psychological dynamics and unresolved conflicts. You will also learn how repetitive dreams serve as strong indicators of unresolved psychological material that requires attention. This module delves deeper into the dream elements introduced in the first module.
